Racing Simulator Build Time Lapse

A few weekends ago it was time to build some racing simulators. My friend Bill came into town to help out. It was a task that took the whole weekend. Most of the time was spent outside, measuring and cutting. When it came time to assemble the simulator the actual unit was assembled inside. I shot a time lapses of the unit going together. This was about a 4hr process condensed down to 30 seconds.

Forza 3 Motorsports Party

Last night I got to head on over to the Forza 3 Motorsport party at the top of the L.A. Live Parking deck. I must say, it was a pretty sick event. We got some hands on game time with the new Forza 3 game that Microsoft has been working on for the last 2 years. From the demo’s we played, they have done an amazing job. The cars looked great and so did the tracks. The level of detail was amazing. For some reason all of the games that I have been playing latly only supported 720p. It was nice to see that Forza 3 is full 1080p and makes good use it. We got to talk to the game developers who have poured their blood sweat and tears into the game to make it an awesome racing sim game. They have spent an untold amout of time working on the physics engine, the graphics, and adding tons of content to the game. This game is going to be sick.

Mario Brothers 3 in 11 Minutes!!

Check this video out. This dude manages to beat Mario Brother 3 in under 11 minutes. That is just crazy. I took me hours to beat that game. Especially look at this dudes mad skills at about 2:15 when he takes on the tanks. Its amazing. I could never have that much skill… Simply amazing..

Gears of War!!!

I’ve really been on a video game bender lately… Its kind of crazy.. Maybe because its been a whole week and I have not been on the road? I don’t know.. Tonight the flavor of the game was Gears of War..

Its been a while, but after a few rounds I must say that I got back into it. There is nothing like running a chainsaw through a animated character that make you feel alive.. Well at least thats what I think anyway. If you have not tried it, go and play now.

In a little while, Gears of War 2 Will be out. I hope this games is as sick as the first one. I hear that its coming out over the winter which means this winter will be full of long nights and caffeine and the sound of chainsaws in the air. I can’t wait…

Star Wars: The Force Unleashed

I’ve been waiting for this game to come out for some time now. As of right now its slated for Sept. 16th. I can’t wait I just watched a video over at Hulu.com that made me ever more excited about it… Its an interview with one of the game designers. He says that there is going to be a demo of the game released very soon over the Xbox Live or the Play Station Network. I’m going to have to keep my eyes peeled for this demo. I was surfing the internet, when I stumbled upon something amazing: Miss Jenny Chu.

Ok that fact in itself may not be the most amazing thing in the world. As a very famous import model, Jenny Chu is all over the internet. What I did find was really amazing. I found the iheartjennychu.com Forza2 car. Check this thing out:
