It takes a lot to impress me on the internet these days. I must say that I’m really impressed with hulu. About 30 Minutes ago I noticed that hulu was not playing the videos that I wanted to watch. Frustrated, I fired up twitter and starting complaining about how it would not work. About 5 minutes later a new peron started following me. @hulusupport curious I check out their profile. This is what their last message was:

It turns out the Hulu monitors twitter to figure out probems that they are having. There were tons of people that were asking questions and hulusupport was helping them out.  They also told people about outages in their area. I find this very impressive. To me that shows that hulu understands that people that watch their content. I’m impressed.
