The third round of Vegas Drift Pro Am kicks off at the end of July at Las Vegas Motor Speedway at the Bullring Lot. If you haven’t been to one of the local Pro Am events in Las Vegas then you are missing out on one of the most fun grassroots series in the United States. We covered Round 1 at the Bullring Lot which you can see in our Wrecked Magazine Gallery of Vegas Drift here. We recommend showing up for qualifying as a fan so you don’t have to fend off the Nevada sun! Here is the schedule for anyone wishing to attend and drivers they still have space available for you as well.

One of our favorite Am/local series out of Las Vegas, Nevada has announced it’s new 2011 series. The guys in Vegas Drift have a four round Am series and two bonus event. We attended the Nelis Air Force Base event in the past and it clearly looked like the most fun you could have in a drift car.

Our friends up north just put the finishing touches on the 2011 Drift Mania Schedule and it looks like they’re changing things up this year by wrapping up the season with a monster 3-day event at Circuit Icar. Here’s what the schedule looks like for 2011:

Round 1: Autodrome du Montmagny – June 4-5th 2011 – Night Event
Round 2: Circuit Icar – June 25-26th 2011 – Night Event
Round 3: Victoriaville – July 9-10th 2011 – Day Event
Round 4: Autodrome du Montmagny – July 23-24th 2011 – Night Event
Round 5: Mosport International Raceway – August 14th 2011 – Day Event Pro
Round 6: Circuit Icar – September 3-5th 2011 – 3 Day Event

The guys at Midwest Drift Union released a 2011 schedule with 5 events. They are headed all the wayto Tennessee in the south and Michigan for the northern most event. The five event series will for the second year be a Pro-Am series. Below is the complete schedule.

May 15th- Autocity Speedway – Cilo, Michigan
July 9th- Lucas Oil Raceway – Indianapolis, Indiana

I guess today is just a day full of schedules and we got the exclusive on the 2011 XDC schedule before anybody. They have quite some shockers in the schedule including some international travel into Canada! Quite an exciting setup they have for the new year.

Here is the full 2011 Formula Drift schedule which is tentative right now but will be made official shortly by Formula Drift. I have been told a few of the dates might change by a week or two in a direction but for the most part here she is. It has been months in the waiting but she has finally arrived.

So the full 2011 Formula Drift schedule isn’t quite out yet as Formula Drift shuffles around some of the dates/venues but while we wait for this newly crafted schedule we can report on one event’s date due to the proximity of the Long Beach Grand Prix. Road Atlanta is always the weekend before Mother’s Day so we can confirm that to you as well. This is more than 25% of the schedule already for you and allows you to start planning the start of the Formula Drift year! So at least you can circle the dates in your calendar. We keep hearing more of a buzz and closer to a confirmation that the east coast will be picking up an event for the 2011 season so just stand by and enjoy the Round 1 and 2 information.

Round 1 – Streets of Long Beach – April 8th-9th, 2011
Round 2 – Road Atlanta – May 6th-7th, 2011

Matsuri is a great weekend where all the Ebisu Circuit tracks are dedicated to a “festival” or full weekend of drifting. Matsuri will have three dates including a spring, summer, and autumn round. Wrecked Magazine attended the last Spring Matsuri with Formula Drift driver Chris Forsberg which you can view as a gallery here or watch a video here.

Below are the 2011 dates for entertainment:

It appears this buzz and rumors about the D1 Grand Prix series coming back are true. Once we hit June I figured there was no possible way they could produce a 2010 schedule and expect sponsors, drivers, and fans but alas, I am proven wrong again. Here are the event dates/venues for the 2010 schedule. Information on Speed TV deal will come in following post.

Round 1- August 13 – Texas Motor Speedway, Fort Worth, TX
Round 2- August 14 – Texas Motor Speedway, Fort Worth, TX

Here is the 2010 Club FR schedule for their events being held between May and October of this year. They have events which take place in Illinois, Wisconsin, and Minnesota. The schedule shows 11 drift events available to all you midwest locals for the 2010 season so start saving up some travel money and robbing tire shops for fresh rubber to go sliding on.
