Kelsey Rowlings Journey Through Streetwise Drift Round 1

SWD.DriversMeeting
I arrived at the track and suited up for the 8AM drivers meeting. After some course explanations and judging criteria, I started my car for group 1 practice. As soon as I started my car, I noticed it didn’t sound right. Not knowing why it would run any differently from the last time I drove it, I drove to grid not wanting to lose any practice time as it was limited.

My first lap out I was mainly interested in testing out my tires. We had just switched to the Falken 615K’s and I wanted to feel them out before trying the bank. I drove the bank, and initiated at the end. Immediately I knew that there was something seriously wrong because the car did not want to drift. I got back in line. I couldn’t lose any time driving on the track.
