At the end of 2012 Chris Forsberg put together this awesome inspirational interview talking about the sport of drifting overall. His new team in 2012 was MA Motorsports helping him keep the NOS Energy Drink Nissan 370z running all year and now faces the challenge of a two car team in 2013.
Back in Ostober 2008, Chris drove in a HIN event in Phoenix. During practice for the demo, he broke an axle in his hardtop SR350Z. My 350Z was down from a blown engine, and while I was working on the car, I got a call from a friend saying Chris was looking for axles from anyone because they couldn’t find any for sale. I took both axles off, drove to the event, and carried them to the front enterance. Chris was right there waiting for me. He was so happy someone came out lend a pair of axles. I got a free pass to the show, and got to hang out for a while with Chris, Kevin, Sergio, Blair, and Joon who was also there to drift the demo. It was my first time meeting a pro drifter, and I was so happy they were so cool to hang out with. They gave me some cool Maxxis Tires gear as well! They all are great guys and I was so happy to have helped out. They gave me back my axles too with no damage!
