A video captured by the BeardLife shows Nick Thomas smashing into the wall with his S14.5 but he came out alright after the hit. Tons of cars got eaten this weekend by the intense and steep banked wall in New Jersey. Luckily it looks like Nick came out uninjured from the accident but his S14 240sx went for quite the ride. Here is a photo he threw up on Facebook of the aftermath from the pits. No word yet if the car will return to action or require a new chassis build from him.

I feel bad for the guy, but props to him for giving it a shot. I hope he gets his car running again or at least another shell.
That dude hasn’t qualified all season. He should probably just save his money and give up on FD for the rest of the season. Isn’t he an East Coaster too? I couldn’t imagine him spending big bucks to fix his car, then tow it to the last 3 events on the other side of the country just to not qualify some more

This is what happens when Formula Drift license’s are given out to too many people that don’t deserve it. Just because you can travel to even event doesn’t mean you’re a solid driver.
