XDC has turned Firebird Raceway into a double round/points weekend and already Round 1 is in the books. Forrest Wang took home top qualifying honors with Nate Hamilton in second (they actually tied but Wang was bumped to 1st place on speed) setting the stage for an intense Round 1. Jarod DeAnda shot us the podium results and here is how the first day finished up:

Forrest is a beast behind the wheel, he just doesn’t have the spotter / crew / business mindset to play game in FD on his own. He’s definitely proven himself in the past when he drove those Drift Emporium G35′s!
I find it kind of funny that everyone in the top 3 drove an S13 coupe. Come on, no variety? lol
