I first got into drifting around 2006 after finding videos on YouTube. I ended up attending my first drift event in 2007 at Sonoma Raceway and was hooked. Wrecked Magazine offered me a job here in 2010 and since have been a freelance writer, and striving towards my own drift career.

this is the best event to happen all year, i hope they let me stand really close to the cars upon takeoff, or i might just have to fool security with red eyes.

  2. Mike Peters says:

This is an awesome idea, hope they do this annually or more often!

  3. Matt says:

Aasbo’s going to win. The supra is at home here.

i guess its time to start making predictions?

safe to say all the vehicles to remain in the 12 second bracket. Bergenholtz brothers will break the 12 second barrier into the 11′s, due to there power output and Drag experience.(hoping ron takes over the wheel hehe)

If Chris forsberg is running his competition V8 350Z he will also have good ods to break the 12 second barrier.

Looking forward to hard launches, turbo spool up, and mass backfire!!

Joon Maeng RX8 is not confirmed to go

  6. Casey Crittenden says:

@ Edwin, Chris only has the V8 Z now.
