If you happen to be in Phoenix or around Firebird Raceway on August 28th you should go check out the All-Star Car Battle. This event is offering over $10,000 in payouts to drivers which should motivate about anyone in the southwest to come out and compete. On top of the Pro Am competition they are running an open practice afterwards which you can enjoy if your not quite ready for competition. They will be running something close to the XDC rule book.
