James Deane Supporting Wrecked Magazine [SNAPSHOT]

Just below Tire on his front bumper you can see a black square which happens to be a Wrecked Magazine sticker. One of our readers pointed out that James was running this on his Mazda Rx-7 for the Round 1 Fermoy weekend. We just wanted to say thanks for the support James!

Enjuku Racing Building a Formula Drift V8 Monster [SPYSHOTS]

While our guy at Enjuku Racing couldn’t tell us too much like who will be driving this machine it appears they are prepping this V8 powered 24s0x to drive in the Formula Drift series. You can see barely the LED front tail light installed on the car already. Not sure when or with who this car will be on the track but it looks like it will be a monster we want to see once completed. Maybe a former Enjuku Racing driver will be returning to the ranks soon piloting this car?

Tanner Foust Heads to Portugal for European Rally Cross debut

Former Formula Drift champion Tanner Foust is heading over to Europe to tackle some rally cross with the best in the world. The event is taking place in Portugal over the weekend and is one of four European events he will be taking in for the season. He will be driving a Rockstar Energy Drink Ford Fiesta at the events this year. “These are some of the best rally cross drivers in the world and I’m looking forward to going head-to-head with them and learning from them,” said Foust.

Reading Drift Camp at Maple Grove Raceway PA [GALLERY]

This past Saturday, Team KO and Import Intelligence hosted the second annual Drift Camp at the famous Maple Grove Drag Strip just outside Reading PA.  Last year’s DMCC champ Matt Waldin was in attendance sliding his 350Z all around the coarse, as well as coaching some of the other drivers.  There was an impressive display of grass roots driving throughout the day.  The crowd on hand was getting pretty excited every time the drivers would get close to the wall or tap it.  Anyone who made contact got a round of cheers and applause!   Be sure to check out our gallery of over 500 pictures shot by Dan Jenkins.

James Deane Not Going to Atlanta [FALSE ALARM]

James Deane was left on the drivers list in a clerical error from Formula Drift. We have been told behind the scenes that James Deane will be returning to Las Vegas. It seems like they are going to dedicate this car to a west coast stint for the 2010 season. Be glad some of you kids looking for a Rookie of the Year title that James Deane cannot take it away from you. We cannot wait to see the tallest man in Ireland back in America for Las Vegas.

James Deane On Drivers List Formula Drift Round 2

James Deane vs Tanner Foust

When we first reported James Deane coming to America we told you it would be on a temporary basis but it looks like he has at least a one round extension for his fun in America. Fresh off a win in Ireland he is on the drivers list for Formula Drift Round 2. We hope to see what the Falken S15 can do at Road Atlanta with the tallest man in Ireland behind the wheel.

It looks like they do officially have a new DA Ace, we will keep you posted when more information becomes available about him.
