Now the Flickr account I cited is where I FOUND THE PICTURES of the BMW and hence that is where the credit went. He has been a tipster/source of ours for sometime and I thank him for his diligence and work.

If your so concerned about your intellectual property then perhaps you should protect it better or look into copyright infringement laws. You are protected pretty well and major companies like Flickr (being owned by Yahoo!) well protect your copyright very easily.

Now if your done trying to shamelessly promote your forum on my website you can head over to the legal section (http://www.wreckedmagazine.com/legal.php) where it clearly states how to deal with a copyright infringement on this website (Section 6).
