Takahiro Ueno and his 2JZ Powered BMW
Another video from the 2009 D1GP series highlights the BMW of Takahiro Ueno with the most detail I have seen on the project to date. The car is powered by a 2JZ motor and looks really good. The shakedown in this video doesn’t look too promising. Hopefully Michael Essa is hard at work down in Orange County getting his BMW in order for 2010. At least he bailed on the Toyota powerplant for a BMW V10 engine, we commend that choice.
