2011 Ford Mustang GT Info Leaked – More HP for Ford Nation and Vaughn Gittin

The whole Internet seems to be buzzing today about the embargo violation at Autoweek today that the 2010 Ford Mustang GT will be packing even more of a punch. First and foremost the Mustang is bringing back the 5.0L engine and it will be producing 412 horsepower and 390 pound-feet of torque. Our 2010 Ford Mustang Road Trip to Formula Drift Las Vegas was fun enough so I cannot imagine how our 2011 review will go. One of the best cars coming out this year just got better.

maybe I am the only one but I think that having over 550 horsepower is a bit overkill for a drift car…
Yep. You’re right. You are the only one.
ehh oh well it happens haha.
I dont think we are talking about Drift cars here. Joey is reffering to the fact that Ford is bringing back a production 5.0 liter motor, and this one is going to make 400hp or more NA. I believe it will be called a Coyote motor. Pretty cool if you ask me. Id love to get my hands on one of those for my 08.
I doubt more HP will help JR overcome the fact that he is overrated and riding a huge wave of hype.
your mom is a huge wave of hype…
in other news FD has turned in to a torque fest… so 550 is about correct for a big 4klb stang
Vaughn’s machines had more power then that previous years, 700 was its peak post D1 06
I wouldnt call this bringing back the 5.0. Just reviving the name.
Rollin in my 5.0!
^^ with the ragtop down so my hair can blow
