A sport compact car has been inducted into the NHRA Hall of Fame and it happens to be one of my favorite drag cars of all time. The Bergenholtz have now moved on to drifting where they are managing a Mazda Rx-8 that is driven by Justin Pawlak. Many drifting related members came by to watch the unveiling of the CRX which went well.
The NHRA Museum is in Ponoma, California and open to the public if you would like to visit the Bergenholtz Racing CRX in person. They gave some speeches, aired a video showing the car breaking into the 9’s and 10’s and had a temporary memorial display up with many cool items from their drag racing days. Congrats big time to Ed Bergenholtz and Ron Bergenholtz for this huge honor with the CRX.
