Glen Woods announced today that after the Englishtown NOPI event he will be stepping down from the NOPI camp. Glen is best known for his relationships with the drivers and his tech knowledge and experience in the drag racing and Drifting community. Glen will be highly missed in the community and we hope that he is still around in the Industry so we can enjoy his company. We are all on standby to find his replacement from NOPI out of Atlanta, Georgia.

Here’s the big question here I have to ask: IS there a replacement?
Looks like unless Matt Petty asks some favors Nopi E-town will be Moroso all over again. I have not seen an anouncement about hiring additional drift staff like they promised everyone they’d to do alleviate the Peters problem. Looks like they just shot themselves in the foot again.
Hats off to Nopi, this will be the last salute I give to you as your lowered into the grave.
Englishtown was just fine. There was more things going on than any one person should be in control of. Considering the weather and the amount of vehicular carnage the event actually got off the ground and completed. Glenn will be greatly missed, but have faith the events have continued to improved from one to the next.
